    Boris Diplomat II

    Excellent condition. Box cover is rather worn, otherwise hard to fault.   Price  £12.

    Modular Game System + Sargon 2.5 module

    Very Good condition. Boris tickertape annoucements in English. USA adaptor.
    This machine is silent, which some might regard as a blessing. Otherwise it works very well.
    Typically the switch is sensitive, as it is on many of these machines, so practice is needed to use the memory feature.
    Copy of MGS and Sargon 2.5 manuals.  Price  £50.

    Modular Game System + Sargon 2.5 + Morphy modules

    Very Good condition but the display is dimmer than normal. See this photo.
    It should not be a problem in normal use. Retrieving a game using the memory function
    doubtful because of typical wear to the switch. Copy manuals for MGS, Sargon and Morphy all in English.

    Good condition. Fully working. F6 key needs a firm push. Magnetic board in two parts.

    A Classic of 1978. Very Good condition. The colour on the left is accurate.
    The camera has played tricks with the other picture colour. German manual (copy) and adaptor. Price £20.

    Conchess Monarch

    The Monarch is a pretty chess computer. It can double as Christmas illuminations. Anyway, this shows that all the leds work.
    All the reed switches work too, and the buttons as well. Some light wear and some faint light spots. Not noticeable in use.
    Overall the board is in nice condition. Standard program. Copy English manual.
    German Conchess adaptor with the necessary Din plug connection included. Original pieces,  Price  £150.

    Comes in a nice non-Mephisto wooden case. The chess pieces also seem non standard for the Modular board.

    Good condition. Works well. A little noisy, no more so than most of the old Milton Bradley robots.
    Some scratches on the corners made by a dust cover,
    Sadly the dust cover hit the dust on the Grandmasters journey from California, and is no more.

    Novag Super Constellation and Novag Printer

    Another Classic chess computer. Rated 1989 Elo in the first “Selective Search” published in 1985.
    The first widely available computer to really make League chess players sit up and take notice. Wiki Elo 1731 now.
    This Super Conny is in excellent condition. See this photo, (remember to click on the little popup gadget,
    bottom right of the picture, for the best view).
    There are English and German copy manuals and a German adaptor.

    Scisys Intelligent Chess

    A brilliant concept, for 1980, but an expensive machine to build, and not upgradeable.
    The cassette flap opens when not in use and the machine has had plenty of wear.
    Nevertheless the chess computer, cassette deck and TV interface are all fully working.
    An analysing and teaching tool, as well as a chess computer.
    Or play chess on the TV while you listen to your favourite music tape? Weighs about 8 lbs (3.5 Kg).
    Hard to find in working condition so £40.

    Saitek Renaissance (Standard Program)

    The Renaissance is not only a fine looking chess computer but it is also packed with features.
    Always a  pleasure to play against. This one looks good. There are a few minor bumps and scratches from light use.

    1978. Very Retro. Early David Levy program, and very similar in use to the Novag Chess Champion Mk I.
    Same program? This one has had plenty of use and the sound has disappeared. Works well though.
