The Scisys Chess Champion Pocket Chess was one of the earliest battery portable chess computers produced. It is identical to the Novag version, and also to clones sold under other brand names including the Acetronic Chess Traveller, Tandy Computerised Chess, and Prinztronic Chess Traveller. It was somewhat stronger in play than the Boris Diplomat and cheaper, so sold well until the peg sensory machines arrived.
